NBC has unveiled their primetime schedule for this fall, picking up six comedies and six dramas; a total of twelve new shows.

They have also picked up comedies “Whitney,” “Up All Night,” “Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea,” “Free Agents,” “Best Friends Forever,” and “Bent.”

Returning dramas include “Parenthood,” “Harry’s Law,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” and “Chuck,” which will wrap up it’s final season with 13 episodes.

Returning Thursday night comedies include “Community,” “Parks and Recreation,” “The Office,” and “30 Rock,” which will be returning uninterrupted mid-season, due to Tina Fey’s pregnancy.

NBC reality series returning in 2-hour formats include “The Biggest Loser,” “The Celebrity Apprentice,” “The Sing-Off” and “The Voice.”

Bob Greenblatt, Chairman of NBC entertainment, made the announcements Sunday morning, stating that “next season begins the rebuilding of the NBC primetime schedule, and our goal is to reinvigorate our audience with a line-up of appointment television that includes our best returning shows and a variety of innovative and attention-getting new series.”
